It's Oolong Tea all the way. We grinded the tea leaves into small bits and blended them into our classic vanilla cookie dough, mixed with chunks of white chocolate chips and dried apricot, then filled it with an extra rich GOLDEN oolong tea ganache. Not to mention, the cookie is dusted with gold! A perfect Chinese New Year treat.
